At DVS Shoe Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new skate shoes or apparel aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
